Types of Sessions

Individual therapy sessions: We will discuss current issues and tools to manage them as well as explore the past to identify and work through trauma and what triggers big emotions. Fee: $175 for 50 minutes.

Couples* therapy sessions: We will discuss concerns and explore communication skills, attachment styles, building empathy, providing validation, and voicing and meeting each other's needs. Fee: $200 for 50 minutes and $300 for 90 minutes.

Family* therapy sessions: We will discuss concerns and explore family structure and family roles, communication skills, attachment styles, building empathy, providing validation, and voicing and meeting each other's needs. Fee: $250 for 50 minutes and $350 for 90 minutes.

Group therapy (dreamwork, DBT, sandplay, individuation book club): Build community through shared interests of connecting and learning new coping skills, gaining insight, and providing/receiving support from those facing similar challenges. Fee: $50-$75/person for 90-minute meetings (fee depends on size of group).

* I may meet individually with each member or several members as needed.

Payment is due at the end of each session via cash, check, Venmo, Zelle, or credit/debit card (via Ivy).

Insurance

I am an out-of-network provider for PPO insurance plans and will provide a superbill/receipt at your request if you would like to submit a claim. Each insurance policy is different. If you plan to submit for reimbursement, please contact your insurance carrier for coverage details.


Cancellations

Please cancel at least 24 hours in advance to avoid paying the full cost of your missed session.


Confidentiality & Privacy


As your psychotherapist, I am required by law to maintain the privacy and security of your protected health information. Your information can only be disclosed with your written permission. Exceptions: I can disclose your information without your authorization if reporting suspected child, elder, or dependent adult abuse, or preventing or reducing a serious threat to anyone’s health or safety. 


Social Media

To protect confidentiality, I don‘t accept friend requests or follow clients on social media. However, I do have a business page on FaceBook if you're curious.
